Performance Ratings
Est. from SpecsOn-Court Playability
The Blackout 300 V2 offers easy depth and spin from the back of the court, with a noticeably more solid and predictable response than the first generation. The 100 square inch head and open 16x19 pattern help grab the ball and send it out with plenty of shape, while the Foam Tech Core and Liquid Crystal fibers smooth out the impact so it does not feel overly harsh for a powerful frame. On serve it rewards full swings with good free power and kick, and at net it feels more stable and forgiving than the spec might suggest, provided the player is comfortable with a medium fast swing speed. Overall it suits intermediate to advanced players who like to attack but still want some built in comfort.

Full Overview
The 2025 Solinco Blackout 300 V2 is a modern 100 square inch power frame built for players who want easy access to pace and spin without sacrificing comfort. It keeps the 300 gram unstrung spec and 16x19 pattern of the original Blackout, but updates the construction with a Foam Tech Core in the head, Arch 2 Construction in the throat and Power Flex Zone beam geometry. Combined with 40T carbon at 3 and 9 o clock and Liquid Crystal fibers in the layup, the result is a more stable and predictable response with cleaner, more dampened feel at impact.
